The INFI Method

INFI is a name.
Behind this name is your skill.
No matter who you are and what you have learnt.
INFI is your skill.

The INFI Method

The INFI Method is the empty-hand branch of SFS and its most unique part. INFI stands for Individual Fighting—a way to develop your own natural style rather than copy someone else’s.

Unlike traditional martial arts, where everyone must move the same, INFI focuses on the individual. Your body type, reflexes, mindset, and strengths shape your path. The method provides guidance and structured challenges, but the solutions are yours.

In practice, this means no fixed forms or ideal techniques. INFI demonstrations never aim for visual uniformity—they reveal how effectively someone can solve a situation in real time. The measure of progress is not appearance, but efficiency.

The trainer’s role is not to be a model to imitate but a guide, like a road sign or a runway light. They help you find your own way. Progress comes fast: what may take years in traditional systems can be achieved in months with the INFI Method.

The foundation of INFI is the combination of:

The individual with all their unique traits

Universal laws of physics and anatomy

Realistic situations that bring out hidden potential

Through structured exercises, partner work, and practical scenarios, practitioners develop confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.

The foundation of the INFI Method is the vulnerability to crime and physical violence. Its essence lies in providing guidance through instructions and enabling experience through continuously intensifying situational exercises.

The INFI Method is not about tradition, rituals, or sport competition. It is about survival, adaptability, and personal mastery. Its truth is simple: every person is a style.
